Alain has been CEO of Bonbonnerie Nick & Joe for 17 years now. When he founded the company in 2007, he focused more on the sale of kitchen products and bulk ingredients, eventually devoting it mainly to confectionery. With over 35 years' experience in food distribution and marketing, he has fully developed the Nick & Joe concept. In fact, he claims to have a degree in "candyology", as candy holds no secrets for him! When it comes to manufacturing, ingredients and varieties, nothing escapes him! As official founder, Alain's role is to unearth the latest innovations in the field of confectionery. He also devotes himself to business development and operations management.
As vice-president of team mobilization, Jonathan's role is to implement marketing strategies and contribute innovative ideas. His sense of leadership and active listening skills enable him to develop the company to its full potential. Jonathan's project is to roll out the Nick & Joe brand in the Canadian market, including the development of the website and online sales.
With a bachelor's degree in sociology, this experience has enabled her to develop her sense of curiosity, refine her perceptions and confirm her strong tendency to question things in order to improve them. Her main day-to-day duties include ensuring the smooth running of floor operations, training new employees and, above all, ensuring that high quality standards are met.
Anne-Sophie a rejoint l’équipe de la Bonbonnerie Nick & Joe en août 2022 et a su faire sa place en tant que chargée de contenu et médias sociaux. Son rôle lui permet de laisser aller sa créativité en créant des publications pour les médias sociaux de l’entreprise. D’ailleurs, elle a développé des contenus captivants sur la plateforme TikTok, lesquels ont contribué à attirer de nombreux clients dans nos succursales. Un accomplissement qui la rend particulièrement très fière!
Our Saint-Lambert branch houses two distinct divisions. On the one hand, our year-round candy shop, and on the other, our summer space dedicated to frozen delights. Whatever the season, you'll be warmly welcomed to our two gourmet worlds.
